We are happy to welcome you to Smalltraveller.eu - the webstore for all active parents and kids! We recommend you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully, before making Your purchase.
- Delivery time is 3-7 workdays from ordering date (depending on country).
- Right of withdrawal within 14 days.
- Minimum one year warranty for all products.
- We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxenbourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
All given prices in our web-shop include VAT, are valid for one item or unit (unless specified differently), do not include delivery cost and are stated in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to withdraw from contract in cases where price is shown incorrectly due to technical error that is not dependent on us. Prices shown in our web-shop are currently valid, however we reserve the right to change prices at any given time and always commit to honour the prices stated in already confirmed orders (where electronic order confirmation has been sent by us and received by you).
Your purchase is valid and confirmed when You have completed Your order online and receive a written order confirmation with order number and other given details by e-mail, to an address stated by you in checkout. Your order is binding and cannot be cancelled after order processing has started, soon after order confirmation. You always have the right to return Your order, unused and intact, within 14 days right of withdrawal after receipt of the package. If You have changed Your mind regarding some items in Your order, please place a new order with preferred products and contact us regarding arrangement of return of items you don’t need.
How to buy
1. Choose Your products and place them in shopping cart. Be careful to choose the right colour and size, and the correct number of items. The number of items can be changed, and products removed in shopping cart checkout.
2. Fill in data inclusive Your name, delivery address, contact mobile phone number and e-mail address.
3. Choose Your form of payment (Paypal or Card Payment by Klarna).
4. Choose delivery point or parcel shop location according to Your chosen postal code.
4. Carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, by clicking in the respective box, then press “Confirm Order”
5. After a few seconds Your order confirmation number will be displayed on the screen. Your electronic order confirmation with the final cost inclusive VAT, and other details of your order, will be sent to given e-mail address. If You have not received an order confirmation e-mail from us, please first check Your junk e-mails, then contact us via customer service e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
6. Your order will be processed and sent by us withing 24 hours, on workdays. Should there be an unexpected delay or discrepancy, we shall contact you immediately.
When shopping at Smalltraveller.eu, your personal data is confidential and will be dealt with in full compliance with the GDPR. We use Your personal data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address for the sole purpose of delivering your order to you and internal statistics. Your personal data is only registered by us with your express consent and will never be disclosed to third parties, other than the transport company who delivers the goods to you. You have the right to object to being registered in our data system. In case of any queries, please contact our customer service.
Smalltraveller.eu reserves the right to change and update the prices, product descriptions, photos, Terms and Conditions for this website. We would like to remind you that product images may vary from the actual product to some extent. We aim to update and verify product descriptions, illustrative images and films as often as possible, in order to give you the best customer experience. All confirmed order prices will be honoured.
According to law, all purchase, and other agreements with us concerning children under the age of 18 can be made solely by the parents or an adult with the authority to act on behalf of the child.
Smalltraveller.eu uses secure card payment with VISA, Mastercard and American Express. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our cooperation partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified. This means that they follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, which is the highest standard of security in the industry and it covers all handling of data in the checkout solution we use. All card processing is SSL-encrypted (Secure Socket Layer) so that you can safely fill in your card details and complete the payment by card. Alternatively Paypal payment system can be chosen in check-out and used.

Way of delivery
We ship our orders using Posti Parcel Connect Service or DPD Pickup and DPD Courier (only in Estonia, Latvia and Lithania), which depending on Your country, will be delivered to Your chosen or nearest pickup point or postal office. In some cases, and in some countries, the parcel may be delivered to Your door. After the parcel has been registered and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us with the parcel number and tracking information, so you can track your shipment online.
Time of delivery
The delivery time is dependent on Your country and may vary from 3 to 7 business days, counting from the day of order. If unexpected delays occur, we shall contact you via e-mail as soon as possible. We aim to deliver to ZONE 1 countries Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania within 2-4 business days; Zone 2 countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany within 3-5 business days; Zone 3 countries Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain within 3-7 business days. Delivery times vary from country to country, depending on local postal partners involved in different countries.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within stipulated time of delivery. However, when unexpected circumstances occur, we will contact you immediately to discuss options. You can refuse an order which has not been delivered to You later than 8 business days from ordering date, without any additional cost.
We deliver our products to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain.
Delivery prices vary, depending on the country of delivery and weight of the parcel, between 3,90 EUR in Zone 1 countries to maximum 13,90 EUR in Zone 5 countries (inclusive VAT). The exact cost of delivery for Your order is shown, once You have completed the full address inclusive postal code and country, in the checkout of the shopping cart. To choose Your preferred pickup point, please enter the valid country and postal code into the search box in the shopping cart.
In case You do not pick up your order and it is automatically returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of 25 to 40 EUR to cover our handling and the costs of outbound and return shipping, from the reimbursable sum. Uncollected order is not processed as the common right of withdrawal and returned order.
We send our goods only in intact and appropriate packaging. In case Your order arrives in damaged or open package, we ask You to first address DHL customer service. In case the goods inside the package are missing, damaged or dirty, please contact our customer service for further action: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Claims and returns
Smalltraveller.eu is responsible for selling goods in good quality and shape. In case a defect of the product has occurred that can reasonably be assumed a production error, the customer has the right to claim the product for 2 years after the purchase. In case damage has occurred during delivery transport, please claim the product within reasonable time lapse of receipt, but not later than 14 business days after receiving the package. In all such cases we kindly ask You to send us proof of damage in form of photos or film clips of the damaged product. In that way we can assess the fault and speed up the process of resolving the claim. A product is not considered faulty if the following circumstances have occurred:
1. Buyer has damaged the product in usage.
2. The product user instructions have been ignored or maintenance and cleaning of the product has been done in a different manner than shown in user instructions.
3. When product has been used for purposes other than what it is intended for.
As customer we expect You to let us know about occurring product defects within reasonable time after discovering the defect. Therefore, we ask You to examine the products straight after arrival. We commit to either repair, replace or reimburse the faulty product, whichever is most feasible and possible. In some cases, we may send spare parts and offer a discount, depending on the severity of the fault. We ask you to always contact our customer service first, e-mailing email@example.com , before returning any faulty products to us.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days
According to EU legislation, customer has the right of withdrawal of the purchase within 14 business days after receipt of the order. In case the product does not correspond to your expectations, and you wish to return it to us, we ask you to contact our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can provide you with return form and return label for postage. The product can be examined under similar conditions to those in a physical store, and should be returned to us appropriately packaged, preferably in original packaging, in intact and clean condition. Refund of returns will be processed by us, and reimbursement made to Your account within 14 business days of you informing us and sending proof of the return. Reimbursement will be made in the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that’s returning the goods without declaration or refusing delivery is not sufficient to express your wish to withdraw. In case of uncollected orders, we reserve the right to deduct postal charges of both outbound and return delivery. Please fill in and include the return form that we e-mail to you when you notify us of your wish to return your purchase. The cost of return postal charge is payable by the customer.
Change of products
If you have changed your mind regarding items that you have purchased and received, and wish to change within 14 days right of withdrawal, please place a new order and contact us at email@example.com regarding the return of the items you don't need. The return label postal charge is the same as the original outbound postal fee and is charged to the customer.
In case of force majeure, obligations of Smalltraveller.eu will be cancelled. Force majeure covers events such as strikes, natural catastrophes, widespread demonstrations, wars, coup d’etat, export- and import bans and similar, which severely restrict the activities of both our company and the manufacturers of our goods.
Personal data and privacy
When shopping at Smalltraveller.eu your personal data is confidential and will be dealt with in full compliance of the GDPR. We register Your personal data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address with the sole purpose of delivering your order to you and is gathered with your express consent. Only the employees of Smalltraveller.eu are data controllers and will not transmit such data to third parties other than relevant transport company, dealing with your parcel delivery. All enquiries and requests regarding personal data and privacy should be addressed to our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
